A place of relaxation with 5,100 roses of 330 species
It is located in the center of Fukuyama City as a place for citizens to relax and jogging, and has 330 species and 5100 rose flower beds. The park has a physical education facility, Rose Arena, which was also the venue for the national polity, and can be used as a 50m pool, an outdoor diving pool, and a stadium.
