Miyoshi's summer feature
"Ukai" is a summer tradition of Miyoshi. It is a traditional fishing method that utilizes the habit of diving and catching fish, and has appeared in "Kojiki" and so on. It will be designated as an intangible folk cultural property of Hiroshima Prefecture on April 27, 2015. Held every year from June 1st to September 10th in the Basen River in Miyoshi City, you can enjoy the mysterious historical paintings from the pleasure boat.

Shared boarding fee (Sunday-Thursday): Adults (junior high school students and above) 2,500 yen, children (elementary school students) 1,250 yen
Chartered boarding fee: 11-seater 25,000 yen, stool (10-seater) 27,000 yen
