Satake

At Satake, we are conducting company tours so that we can learn more about rice and Satake. In the company tour, the facility tour will be conducted after the company information video is shown within the time required of one and a half to two hours. You can see the welcome hall displaying about 250 kinds of grains, the latest rice milling equipment, the model of the rice milling machine developed for the first time in Japan, and the sorting and processing general center where tests using the latest sorting machine are conducted. On request, we also offer a tasting of magic rice. For the upper grades of elementary school, we have a "rice school". Through lectures, experiments, and tour programs, you will learn how the paddy after cutting from the rice fields is processed and put on the table, and the bean knowledge of rice.
