We have been pursuing special processing (vintage processing) in the denim manufacturing process for over 30 years. We are committed to "manufacturing by hand" that cannot be achieved by machine processing, using original processing tools and original anatomical models that we have developed ourselves. We are currently in charge of special processing of jeans for FFG "Fukuyama Factory Guild" from Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which has the largest denim production in Japan, by making full use of the knowledge and technology we have gained from processing national and luxury brands. We have also expanded our range from BtoB to BtoC, processing jeans for the general public, celebrities, and other celebrities. If you bring jeans that you would like to process (please consult us in advance) to the factory tour, we will explain the actual processing process and mail them to you after processing is completed.
