Another side of Miyajima you will see for the first time. The monks of Daishoin Temple will personally guide you through the temple grounds, teach you about Kukai's teachings, and teach you about the 1200-year history and culture of Miyajima. This is a special plan for a relaxing and luxurious time to purify your mind. You will be treated to vegetarian cuisine made with ingredients from Miyajima, matcha green tea, and sweets, and you will receive a special souvenir that you cannot buy anywhere else, a special goshuin book with precious gold leaf paper from a long-established store (Hiroshima City) that was founded over 100 years ago. *All plans include a guided tour and prayer by a monk. *First-time visitors must choose the "Sightseeing Plan" or "First-time Plan." *From the second visit onwards, vegetarian cuisine, matcha green tea, etc. are optional. In addition, you can choose to copy sutras, meditate (Ajikan), or zazen.
