A scenic spot where you can go to the top of the mountain by car
At the center of the Murotsu Peninsula surrounded by islands, the 438-meter-high Mt. Daisei rises, and seven windmills for wind power generation stand along the mountain ridge. From the observatory, you can enjoy a large panoramic view of Hirao Town, the islands of the Seto Inland Sea, and windmills. If the weather is good, you can see as far as Kyushu Kunihigashi Peninsula and Shikoku.
