The only art museum where you can see the entire work of Japanese painter Tadashi Ishimoto
Opened in 2001 as an art museum that collects and exhibits the works of Tadashi Ishimoto, a Japanese-style painter from Misumi-cho, Hamada City. The works of Tadashi Ishimoto are introduced four times a year. The new building, which opened in April 2010, collects and exhibits works by contemporary Japanese painters, whom Ishimoto highly praises as "genuine works with a heart," while also exhibiting works by artists related to Ishimoto and artists from Iwami. .
