The museum's collection includes modern Japanese paintings by artists such as Ryuzaburo Umehara, Morikazu Kumagai, and Seison Maeda, as well as sculptures by Churyo Sato and oriental ceramics, which are displayed according to the season. The museum also holds special exhibitions focusing on Hiroshima artists. There is also a courtyard garden that can be viewed from the exhibition room and tea room, where you can enjoy the changing seasonal scenery, such as plum blossoms and autumn leaves.
