A fountain dedicated to the spirits of the victims who died while seeking water.

In 1964, the Hiroshima Bank built it and donated it to Hiroshima City. Two layers of ponds are stacked on top of an oblong shape measuring 27 meters from east to west and 19 meters from north to south. Named the ``Fountain of Prayer'', it is a fountain dedicated to the spirits of the victims who died while saying ``Water, water!''.
