At the back of Yunoyama Onsen, the hot spring that flows down from the bedrock 4m above the ground is a specialty.
Yunoyama Onsenkan is located at the very back of Yunoyama Onsen, which was discovered 1,200 years ago and built as a therapeutic hot spring resort by Asano Yoshinaga during the Edo period. The cascading water that flows down from the bedrock 4m above ground is cold at 23.5 degrees, but alternating with the warm indoor bath is extremely pleasant and leaves you feeling refreshed. There are many fans who have been visiting the quaint Yunoyama Onsenkan for many years.
