An outdoor cooking experience where you can enjoy Hiroshima beef. Let's all work together to achieve the goal.
This is an experience program where you form a team of 3 to 4 people and use a Dutch oven to split wood and start a fire to cook. We will prepare 3 dishes (Hiroshima beef tendon curry, Mestin rice, Hiroshima beef direct-fired roast beef). After the completion, everyone will have a fun meal while reviewing and presenting the results.
