Sake brewery experience tour

The "Sake Brewery Experience Tour" allows you to experience the essence of dynamic and delicate sake brewing in Saijo, one of Japan's three major sake-producing regions. It is a small-group experience tour with three tours in each season, focusing on the three elements that determine the taste of sake: water, rice, and craftsmanship. You can experience rice planting in spring, harvesting in autumn, and brewing in winter. ・A feature of small-group tours is that you can talk with the master brewer while enjoying sake. ・Sake Brewery Street Guided Tour: A guide will show you the unique scenery of seven sake breweries in front of the station. You can also taste the difference in the brewing water of each brewery. ・The sake you brewed will be delivered to you later with an original label (one bottle for each program participation). ・Those who participate in the spring experience "Water", the autumn experience "Rice", and the winter experience "Craftsman/Preparation Experience" can experience the ancient story of sake throughout the four seasons and the miraculous encounter that can only be found here, which is a fusion of nature and technology. The Spring Experience "Water" course is held in May, the Autumn Experience "Rice" course is held in October, and the Winter Experience "Craftsman" course is held in January. Some of the activities may be physically strenuous. Depending on your condition on the day, we may ask you to refrain from some or all of the experience. As the experience includes sake tasting, it is only available to those 20 years of age or older, and minors are not permitted to participate.
