The red roof made of Sekishu tiles and the harmonious greenery are beautiful. You can see a panoramic view of the Ohoji Basin, which was formed by iron hole sinking.

When you look at the Ohochi Basin from the observation deck, you can see small hills of dense green dots in the lush countryside. This is called ``Kannazankyu'' and is an artificial landform created by the old ``Kannanagashi''. Tetsuana Nagashi was mainly carried out during the winter, but agricultural land was also created using the earth and sand that was cut down, and the current landscape is a combination of the Tetsuana Nagashi site and the people's lives. It is also a cultural landscape. From the observation deck, if you're lucky, you can see the sea of fog called the Sea of Clouds. This fantastic sight appears in the early morning of spring or autumn, when the temperature difference between day and night is large.
