A beautiful emerald green waterfall basin. One of the top 100 hometown waterfalls in Shimane Prefecture
This is an 18m high waterfall on the Kakutani River in the Enokawa River system, and is home to the sad story of the red-haired cow from which it takes its name, as well as the legend of the Tengu. It is located near the town road and is easily accessible.
