Tour the factory and museum and learn about the history and culture of okonomiyaki
The name "Wood Egg Okonomiyaki Hall" combines "Wood" with the "egg" of okonomiyaki, which represents the consideration for the global environment. We provide information on okonomiyaki, Hiroshima's representative food culture, to people of all ages and regions. In this course (factory and Okonomiyaki Museum tour), you can see the process of sauce bottling to shipping at the Otafuku Sauce headquarters factory, and the nearby Wood Egg Okonomiyaki Hall's Okonomiyaki Museum, where you can learn about the history and culture of okonomiyaki. In addition to sauces, you can also purchase Otafuku original goods, including limited souvenir and gift sets. There is also a course where you can experience making Hiroshima okonomiyaki.
