Learn the tips for making delicious Hiroshima okonomiyaki
The name "Wood Egg Okonomiyaki Hall" was chosen to express the consideration for the global environment with "Wood" and the egg in okonomiyaki. We provide information on okonomiyaki, Hiroshima's representative food culture, to people of all ages and regions. In this course (Hiroshima Okonomiyaki Class), you will cook Hiroshima okonomiyaki on a household hot plate. The instructor will give a lecture on the tricks to making it delicious. You can experience making okonomiyaki using a real hot plate at Hiroshima Station OKOSTA. In addition to sauces, you can also purchase Otafuku original goods, including limited souvenir sets and gift sets. There is also a course (factory and Okono Museum tour course) where you can learn about the process from filling with sauce to shipping, and the history and culture of okonomiyaki.
