A cooking experience tour run by a local gourmet group where you can experience the culture and life of Setouchi.
You can try fishing locally using trimaran kayaks and SUP fishing provided by Setouchi Hideaway Resort, as well as a food education experience where you can learn about the process of turning caught seafood into food through cooking. Participants will receive a lecture from a guide from the Setouchi Gourmet Club about the types of fish that can be caught in the Seto Inland Sea during the participation period, fishing methods, and other techniques.The participants will then experience actually catching fish, and then learn how to prepare the caught seafood and prepare dishes based on original recipes. By working with a local chef, you can experience the joy of catching fish and getting food, as well as the fun of cooking and eating delicious food. The food menu is scheduled to include ramen using seafood and carpaccio.
