Kamotsuru is one of Hiroshima's leading sake breweries. The tour begins with a tasting at Kamotsuru. At Kamotsuru, which produces 12 types of sake, you can learn about the history and manufacturing process and learn more about sake. After the sake brewery, you can enjoy Saijo gourmet food, including delicious hot pot dishes made with premium local sake. Learn about the history of Saijo gourmet food while enjoying a delicious lunch. (Since advance reservations are required for the sake hot pot, we may change to an alternative one depending on when you book your tour.) After lunch, we will tour the scenic Sake Brewery Street and sample a variety of sake. At each sake brewery, you can enjoy different types of sake and sake-infused products. Visit a local cafe
