- Expressing "feelings of peace" using "recycled orizuru paper," paper made from folded paper cranes sent to Hiroshima from all over the world -

Approximately 10 million origami cranes (approximately 10 tons) are sent to Hiroshima from all over the world every year. Each one is filled with a wish for peace. In order to connect the wishes of these cranes to the future, they have been reborn as recycled paper called "Origami Crane Recycled Paper". In the workshop, you will learn the story of how recycled origami crane paper is made, and create a three-dimensional flower motif, one large and one small (two in total). You can use the recycled origami crane paper flowers you make as interior decorations, ornaments, aroma diffusers, and accents for other items. *Instructions are available in Japanese and English.
