Come on! Let's go on a journey not listed in the guidebook with your lucky charm!

"Amulet Peace Cycling Tour: Pre-war, wartime, and post-war reconstruction" A new plan has been introduced by the "Hiroshima Cycling Sokoiko! Peace Tour," which has over 2,000 participants per year! The first stop on the tour is Hiroshima Gokoku Shrine, one of the leading shrines in the Chugoku region, which is visited by over 600,000 people during the first three days of the New Year. It has been loved by Hiroshima citizens since before the war, but it was all burned down by the atomic bomb. We will visit the remains of the atomic bomb, including Gokoku Shrine, and see what happened to the city of Hiroshima after the bombing, and how it was rebuilt into its current beautiful state. ■About the amulet■ Amulet for praying for "peace" with your loved ones. On the front, we have designed and decorated the "Atomic Bomb Dome," a symbol of the abolition of nuclear weapons and lasting world peace, and the "dove" of peace. The back side of the envelope features the traditional "Seigaiha" pattern, which depicts the continuous gentle waves and expresses a wish for eternal peace, and has the words "Peace Memorial" written in the center. In addition, the envelope contains a charm made from "recycled paper" made from 30% recycled pulp from folded paper cranes, which were reused from a thousand paper cranes sent to Hiroshima from all over the world. ■Tour Benefits■ ・Efficiently tour the main peace-related spots in Hiroshima City with a local guide in 3 hours and learn the story of pre-war, wartime, and post-war reconstruction. ・Experience local anecdotes, sensibilities, and values, not just tourist spots. ・Easily travel to the suburbs by electric bicycle and visit unspoiled atomic bomb ruins. ・Learn the backstories of famous tourist spots such as Hiroshima Castle, Peace Park, and the Atomic Bomb Dome. ・The charm is made from recycled paper from a thousand paper cranes dedicated to the Children's Peace Statue. The cranes folded by customers on the tour with their wishes for peace are collected by the sokoiko! team and dedicated as a thousand paper cranes. They are then recycled into paper and passed on to the next customer. Through this cycle, prayers for peace are woven into the future.・Shared tours for up to 10 people and small-scale private tours can be arranged.・Reservations close at 6 p.m. the day before the tour, so last-minute reservations are possible.・Preschool children can also join the tour, so they can have fun learning about peace through cycling (child seat bicycles are available for children under 3 years old, and child bicycles are available for children between 110cm and 145cm). ■Highlights■ Participants in the tour will receive a special amulet made by our company! Guests will be asked to write their thoughts about peace that they felt through the experience on a charm. By coming up with their own "message for peace" and putting it into words, and by carrying the amulet with them when they return to their respective towns and cities, the wish for peace will be passed down. ■Course■ ・Meeting place (1F reception at the rest house) ・Gokoku Shrine, Hiroshima Castle, Atomic Bomb Dome, Aioi Bridge, Peace Memorial Park, Distorted Window of Atomic Bomb Hospital, Hiroshima Electric Railway, Peace Memorial Park Return and disband
