You will be involved in the winemaking process in a vineyard dedicated to winemaking, a place normally inaccessible to the public. You will create your own personalized wine tag and be able to enjoy TOMOE Chardonnay Shingetsu at home two years from now. Furthermore, you will be able to luxuriously enjoy a wine tasting led by a wine specialist and paired with Hiroshima Wagyu beef.
[Highlights] A premium experience of the making of TOMOE Chardonnay Shingetsu, Miyoshi Winery's top recommendation.
* Tour of the dedicated vineyard where Chardonnay grapes are cultivated using meticulous methods.
* Wine tasting by a wine specialist (3 white wines, 3 red wines)
* Wine pairing experience with Hiroshima Hiba beef and Hiroshima bloodline Wagyu "Motoyuki beef"
* Wooden tag creation
Create a special tag to be placed on the wine bottle made from the grapes you helped cultivate.
The tag will be inscribed with the creation date and a message. It will be treated as a time capsule.
Goal: After 2 years, the TOMOE Chardonnay Shingetsu wine you experienced will be delivered to your home with the wooden tag you created attached to the bottle.
