The Hiroshima City Seibu Recycling Plaza carefully sorts and recycles the recyclable waste that has been sorted and collected, and at the same time, recycles unnecessary furniture and clothing. It was established in April 1997 as a base facility for promoting waste reduction and recycling in order to raise awareness.
