This is an accommodation facility exclusively for non-smokers (people who do not smoke). There is absolutely no cigarette smell in the hallways or rooms. Please note that this does not mean that you should not smoke during your stay. The building is earthquake-resistant, soundproof, and fireproof. There is a 1am curfew, and it is a clean facility where you can get a good night's sleep. There is an internal medicine clinic on the premises.
