Kamotsuru Sake Brewery

Kamotsuru Sake Brewery, a representative brewery in Hiroshima, has adopted advanced rice milling technology since the Meiji era and was a pioneer in brewing Daiginjo Sake Brewery. We have won numerous awards at the National New Sake Appraisal, and continue to brew the traditional taste that is particular about quality. The traditional Shirakabe brewery still manufactures high-quality sake such as Daiginjo.
