If you ride a bicycle along the coastline of the islands of Setouchi while crossing a number of bridges, you will feel refreshed! Kakishima Kaido Cycling Road
Almost one round of Etajima : A variety of courses that are attractives
There are a variety of courses from flatlands to hill climbs, and there are few traffic and traffic lights, and it is a sea route that attracts the attention of cyclists.
Mainly on the section maintained as the “Kakishima Kaido”, the course of about 70 km in length from JR Kure Station to Kirikushi Port, which runs directly to Hiroshima Port, goes around Etajima Island.
The 30km course from Kirikushi Port to Mitaka Port, which is ideal for the first long ride, has almost no slopes, so you can enjoy cycling with peace of mind.

Let's go on a round-trip ride “Roadside Station” ~ Yamanami Kaido Tour Route ~
A new way to use Roadside Stations ! Freedom course
Pay attention to the “one round ride” that returns to the place where you started running, it's not just a long ride! In the course that runs across Hiroshima and Shimane with “Roadside Station Yume Land Funo” as the starting point, each roadside station is maintained at intervals of 15 to 30 km.
The characteristic of this course is that there are few traffic lights on the course, and the traffic volume of cars is small, so there is little stress. The rural scenery of the Chugoku Mountains and the quaint mountain scenery make me feel extraordinary.
In addition, all the specialty products that are elaborate on each roadside station are only things that you can't taste anywhere else. Enjoy customizing the one-round course, such as where to eat meals and sweets.

Yamagata Cycling Road
Enjoy the green shower and the countryside in the coolness.
A cycling course that spans Akiota and Kitahiroshima towns in the northwestern part of Hiroshima prefecture. In addition to feeling the great nature of the mountainous area, you can also enjoy local cuisine at the roadside station.
There are courses that inspire the fighting spirit of cyclists like the Sandankyo Gorge course, Osorakan and Mt. Shinnyu courses, or the Yawata Kogen and Hijiki Lake courses that run around the sacred lake with a wonderful contrast between lakes and mountains, and unusual tree shapes with branches and trunks that bend with the wind.
There is also the Oasa-Chiyoda course where you can see the “Tengushide Grove of Oasa”.
There is also a fun ride event that runs through the West Chugoku Mountains, which is rich in nature.

Shiomachi Kaido Cycling Road
The river is close! The sea is close! The mountains are close!
The start is in front of Fukuyama Station, which is highly convenient. By taking the road along the Ashida River, cyclists may meet wild birds and fish. If you leave the river and cross the hill, it is the Seto Inland Sea. The “Shiomachi Kaido” is close to the sea too, where you can feel the sea breeze. You will want to stop and peek into the sea.
Get off your bicycle and take a leisurely stroll around the port town “Tomonoura", the town waiting for the tide. The route has many flat roads and is recommended for beginners to intermediate levels, but there is also a “steep slope” as an indispensable spice for cycling.
If you want to enjoy hill climbing further, head to the Green Line. The road overlooking the spectacular view of Tomonoura and Setouchi is hard and refreshing!
Hiroshima Prefectural Central Forest Park
Families and advanced cyclists can visit various courses!
A very exciting bicycle race will also be held!!
The family course is less than 5 km, so it is also recommended for elementary school students. You can see airplanes up close at the “Picnic Plaza” on the course.
If you are confident in your physical strength, please try the 12.3 km "healthy leg" course with a lot of ups and downs.
Various road races, MTBs, and other tournaments are also held at the Hiroshima Prefectural Central Forest Park.
