Fukuro-machi is a downtown area in the center of Hiroshima, surrounded by Hondori, Kamiya-cho, Namiki-dori, etc. It is a popular area for young people where fashionable cafes and wine bars gather. The business district is also close, so it is Fukuromachi where there is such an image that office workers on the way home from work to groups of university students meet here and start a drinking party at night.
In particular, two streets on the south side of the Hondori shopping street known for being one of the biggest in the Chugoku region, that are “Urabukuro,” and its surrounding. Here, there are many unique stores and hidden famous stores that are not on the main street.
A popular restaurant with various faces, such as a cafe during the day, a stylish standing drink from the evening, and a full-fledged wine bar/bistro if you go inside.
The place where the traditional kaiseki restaurant “Ota-so” in Fukuromachi originally existed. You can clearly see the liveliness of the inside of the store even from the outside by stroking the entire glass-walled corner lot.
As soon as you enter from the entrance, there is a standing drinking space. It has been crowded with a large number of customers since dusk.
A lineup that captures the hearts of standing drinkers, from sake cocktails to local sake and yakitori from all over the country.
If you go to the back, it becomes a full-fledged wrestling. There are a wide variety of wines, and customer service is comfortable.
It's good to know the atmosphere outside, and it's fashionable but not nervous.
A recommended combination of wine and fish dishes.
No matter what you eat, you only get impressions that it's delicious.
Come on a trip and enjoy the night time at a popular local shop. It may be the real thrill of traveling.

Baba-chan
It is a soup stock specialty store with a “dashi soup sommelier”.
The appearance of “Baba-chan” with a large signboard conspicuous. Go up the stairs next to it.
When you take off your shoes and go up, the inside of the store is an image of a Japanese-style izakaya with digging table seats and counter seats.
I ordered kamameshi, which divides ochazuke and popularity into two at the store. It takes about 20 minutes to cook with kelp and bonito base soup stock.
It's fun to pour your own soup stock with a sense of realism.
Local staff can also tell me information about this city. This is also one of the pleasures of traveling.

Monday
A popular Japanese-style izakaya where the chef himself runs around Hiroshima looking for ingredients.
It is located on the 2nd floor of a stylish cafe on the 1st floor.
First of all, “Assorted 5 kinds of sashimi” (2 servings) recommended by the chef. This volume, this quality, is a whopping 650 yen. It's a dish you should definitely order.
Thai turban shell, and crocodile sashimi, a specialty of Hiroshima. Some people may be surprised to say, “Eh, do you eat crocodiles,” but in Hiroshima, “sharks” are called “crocodiles.” Fresh crocodiles don't smell, and you may not know if you don't tell them.
They recommended local sake from Hiroshima for sake that goes well with cooking.
Hiroshima's “Kure specialty nikujaga” is also a dish I definitely want you to eat. It's hokuhoku and delicious.
The night in Fukuromachi has just begun. In addition to drinking, there are cafés that are open until late at night, so it's a city where you can enjoy it in various ways.
