Introducing sake from Hiroshima “Saijo”, one of the top three sake capital in Japan, along with “Nada” in Hyogo and “Fushimi” in Kyoto. In addition, we will introduce wineries in Miyoshi City and Sera-cho, which are known as wine producing areas located in the Yamanami area of the northeastern part of the prefecture.

Saijo's sake brewery street is marked by red bricks chimneys. There are dotted sake breweries with a beautiful contrast between white plaster and black walls. Some sake breweries are open on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so feel free to stop by! Also, every October, there is a “Sake Festival” where you can enjoy local sake collected from all over the country.

Winemaking with a focus on locally grown grapes
