A film adaptation of the short story “Drive My Car” published in 2013 by writer Haruki Murakami, who has enthusiastic fans around the world. It is a road movie set in Hiroshima.

The movie “Drive My Car” was mostly filmed in Hiroshima prefecture. Scenes from Setouchi, which are typical of Hiroshima, and familiar landscapes are reflected.
