G7 Hiroshima Summit Memorial Concert
On the occasion of the 1st anniversary of the G7 Hiroshima Summit, Hiroshima-born pianists, violinists, and kagura groups will send a message of peace from the “atomic bombed Hiroshima” to many people at home and abroad through culture and art.
In the musical performance, world-renowned pianist Asami Hagiwara will perform the atomic bombed piano as a duo with violinist Kitada Chihiro, hoping for peace. Also, the Kotosho Kagura troupe from Kitahiroshima-cho, which has performed domestically and internationally, will perform at the Hiroshima Kagura “Yagi Taisen” performed at the G7 Hiroshima Summit.
