Etajima City Oyster Festival/Shima Uma FES 2025

The Etajima Oyster

Festival will be held on Reiwa 7/2/2 (Sun). The location is a plaza near the newly opened regional specialty products sales office in Hiwatase, Ogaki-cho.

This year, Etajima City's “Food” PR event “Shima Uma FES 2025” will be held at the same time!

In addition to

offering grilled oysters and stir-fried oysters with butter, and planning to sell shelled oysters and raw oysters

A contest will be held to select the “Etajima Gourmet King” (Grand Prix) by voting by visitors from a menu using local products!

In addition to the Grand Prix, awards in the oyster category, food category, and sweets category were also selected.

Etajima City will concentrate on promoting “Etajima Gourmet King”

and the menu selected for each category award for 1 year!
