The most beautiful museum in Japan where the moon looks beautiful
The Okuda Gensou-Koyume Museum, where the plane of Japanese painting and the three-dimensional doll resonate in an exquisite collaboration, is a museum bearing the name of a married couple, which is unprecedented in Japan. In addition to the permanent exhibition room that introduces the works of the two, we will hold a special exhibition that introduces excellent works of art from Japan and abroad. It also has a healing space such as a restaurant, museum shop, and tea room, and it can be enjoyed not only as a place to experience art, but also as a place to eat, buy, and relax. On full moon days, we plan to extend the opening hours specially and hold various events such as lobby concerts and tea parties. Please enjoy many masterpieces at the museum where the moon looks beautiful in Japan.
