It is a mountain located in the central part of Kurahashijima, the southernmost tip of Hiroshima Prefecture, at an altitude of 408m. This mountain used to be a key point for ships in the Seto Inland Sea, so it was called a "volcano" because it lit a fire at the top of the mountain and served as a lighthouse. There is a large rock on the top, and when you stand on it, you can see a 360-degree view, and you can see the islands in the Seto Inland Sea and the mountains of the Shikoku Mountains in the distance.
