The local Hiroshima Prefectural Sera Senior High School Athletics Club, which has won the national high school relay race seven times, has been training for more than half a century. The rugged and rough scaffolding trains the runner's cardiopulmonary function and leg strength. You need to be prepared to complete the 4.85km round trip on the cross-country course. Can you swing your arms firmly on the steep uphill at the middle point today? The mountain road covered with trees is cool in summer and warm in winter. Nature provides a high level of training. Volunteers such as the elderly are preparing this course. The strength and tradition of the team are nurtured with the support of everyone in the community. I will continue to run today without forgetting my gratitude.
