Taketsuru Shuzo, who has been brewing sake for a long time and is known by the name of "Kosasa-ya," is the founder of Nikka Whiskey and the birthplace of Masataka Taketsuru, who is known as the "father of Japanese whiskey." Masataka Taketsuru's passion for whiskey and his life became a model for the NHK TV series "Massan."
