Visit recommended producers with our head chef

Together with Chef Hiromatsu, the head chef of Etajimaso, we will travel around Etajima to procure seasonal ingredients directly from local farms and seafood markets! We will visit the producers that the head chef regularly visits to procure ingredients from. You can enjoy a realistic exchange by actually harvesting vegetables and watching the scene of selecting live fish from a fish tank. The head chef will create a dinner menu using the land and sea ingredients that we have procured. The chef's techniques, based on French cuisine, will create a new marriage. We will provide you with a special room of about 60 square meters. You can relax with a panoramic view of the sea from the large window. The hotel is also adjacent to a hot spring facility that pours "Edajima Onsen," so you can enjoy the beauty-enhancing waters. Please take your time until check-out the next day.
