Together with Chef Hiromatsu, head chef of Etajimaso, you will travel around Etajima to visit local farms, seafood markets and other places to directly source the freshest ingredients! You will visit the producers that the head chef regularly visits to source his produce. You can enjoy a lively exchange, harvesting the vegetables yourself and watching him select live fish from a fish tank. The head chef will use the land and sea ingredients he has procured to create a dinner menu. The chef's techniques, based on French cuisine, will create a new marriage of flavors. You will be accommodated in a special room of approximately 60 square meters. You can enjoy a relaxing stay, with a large window offering a panoramic view of the ocean. The hotel is also next to a hot spring facility that supplies Edajima Onsen.
