In Hiroshima prefecture, which boasts the largest production volume in Japan, it is produced mainly in the island regions such as Kure City, Onomichi City, and Osakikamijima Town. Starting with hothouse lemons in August, we ship bright green lemons from October to November, and familiar yellow lemons from December to May.
Furthermore, with the development of storage and packaging technology, lemons packaged individually can now be shipped from June to August, and fresh lemons can be tasted throughout the year.

“Lemon yellowtail” is grown by mixing the juice of Hiroshima lemons to yellowtail's feed farmed on Atadajima in Otake City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
By mixing citrus fruits into the bait, the fishy smell is reduced, and the citrus flavor with a faint scent become clear. Especially in winter, when it's the best season to eat it, we recommend sashimi as well as shabu-shabu.
Nowadays, it is named “Atata Hamachi to Lemon” and efforts to brand it have begun.
