Recommended food around the ski resorts area

A blend of rich ingredients produced by the Chugoku Mountains and local traditional culture.
My heart and stomach are very satisfied after playing in the snow!
Introducing delicious food from Shobara City, Hatsukaichi City, Akiota Town, and Kitahiroshima Town.
By asking for the menu called "hitsumabushi gozen" you can enjoy the luxury of Hiba beef and foie gras.
Foie gras melts into the warm rice, creating a richness like sea urchin. Hiba beef steak and egg yolk on top of it. The first dish has the same taste of Hiba beef, and the second one mixes condiments such as plum and wasabi. The third meal is made with Japanese-style soup stock to make it ochazuke style. The rice on the bottom of the clay pot creates a fragrance. Along with chawanmushi, tempura, and soba from Shobara.

Sensui is a restaurant where you can find seasonal highland vegetables that add color to the dishes. The deliciousness that the ingredients are made use of will make your cheeks pop.
We recommend the Inoshishi no yaki Bibimbap (wildboar meat bibimpap), which is limited to the winter season, for 1320 yen (tax included) and the “Botan Nabe” for 1980 yen per person (tax included). Reservation is required by the day before. (Orders start from 2 servings.)
“Tsukemono Yakisoba” is an exquisite local gourmet from Aki Ota Town.
A dish with a rich and refreshing taste made by entangling fragrant pickled Hiroshima vegetables and crispy Chinese cabbage pickles with garlic salt sauce. The aroma and flavor of “grilled pickles” are addictive, chewy and juicy pork that is stir-fried hot, and seasonal crispy vegetables from the town are served abundantly.
Koya in Shobara City, where the temperature difference between morning and evening is large, is ideal for making apples, and more than 20 varieties are cultivated. At “Michi-no-Eki Takano”, there are various sweets that use “Takano apples,” which were called phantom apples, and are particular about direct delivery from the production area and sold in the garden.
