It is a park that maintains the top of Shiroyama (sea castle) and the Kaminoseki Castle ruins of a mountain castle related to the medieval Murakami navy.

Approximately 180 Kawazu cherry trees are in full bloom every spring, and a cherry blossom festival is held from late February to early March. You can take a walk while watching the seasonal flowers.
