Hiroshima-Nagasaki Joint Tourism Campaign Project

Hiroshima City and Nagasaki City will celebrate the 80th anniversary of the atomic bombing in Reiwa 7, and since they will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of sister friendship cities, the two cities will jointly work on cooperative projects such as promotion of promotion, starting with dissemination of a culture of peace, and the creation of new tourism programs incorporating peace learning in order to develop the regional economy by promoting the attraction of foreign travelers, etc. and further promoting friendship between the two cities.

Panels and the like will be displayed at the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum where you can feel that both cities have risen from the damage caused by the atomic bomb and even now that they have achieved reconstruction.

*In order to promote mutual attraction of visitors to both cities, panels from Nagasaki City will be exhibited at the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, and panels from Hiroshima City will be exhibited at the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum.
