Hiroshima's winter tradition
[Event Details] The autumn festival of Hiroshima's Ebisu Shrine, which enshrines the god of prosperous business, is affectionately known locally as "Ebessan." In front of the shrine, a large open barrel is placed as an offering box, and lucky charms decorated with large and small coins, treasure ships, and other ornaments are sold. During the Ebisu Festival (3 days), many gourmet food stalls will also be set up, mainly along the sidewalks of Chuo Street.
